2nd WEEK UPDATE
How's everybody doing? Well, I am doing ok. I finally went to the grocery store and picked up my snacks and my vegies............I also picked up some proteins.
Now, I had no idea what I was doing at first, but I thought I figured it out. I was wrong.
I picked up the right foods to eat, but the proteins were few and far between.
I have been on Vitabot and I think it is a cool site. I will be filling this out, as long as I am in the program and beyond. I think it is very cool....
I decided to check out the peoples menus on the Vitabot program. I looked at and printed out at least 30 plans. I have found out that I am not impressed. What I mean by this is the fruits and vegies and snacks were all fine, but their were hardly any proteins............
You see my biggest problem is fast food and chocolate. Also, I was not eating enough vegies or hardly any fruit. Or the right snacks!!!!!!!!!
And of course---BEER.....
So, I have decided to make my own meal plans. With assorted proteins and lots of fruit and vegies.
It will be an adjustment to the way I was eating, but I know it is necessary!!!!!!!!!!!!
Plus, I have not started working out yet, that changes now. Exercise is a priority as well as eating right.
