MY JOURNEY--STALLED

    Hi all,

I thought by this time in my journey I would be doing much better.  But, that is not the fact yet.  I said yet, because I have not given up...........

First I found out that my scale here is not working right.  Stop laughing and I will explain.  So, I started at 307.4 pounds at the weigh-in.  The next time I weighed myself I gained 4 pounds.  The next time I lost 10 pounds and then I gained 9 pounds, so explain that to me............

Anyway,  regardless of the scale, I am not doing what I am supposed to be doing yet.  I think it is part depression and part laziness.  In a previous post, I told you about my diabetes.  Before the weigh-in, I saw my doc. and he said stay off my feet for 10 days. ( ulcer big toe ).  Then, I saw him on 2-4 and he said another 10 days--stay off my feet as much as possible.
So, I did not make the dinner.   Next doc appt. is this Friday on 2-14.

I will post again after I see my doc.  He knows I am doing Lighten-up and he is thrilled for me.
He thinks I will have no problem moving on after I lose the 5% of the weight I need to lose by the 26th of April.
Since, I started this Journey, I told several close Family members and some very good friends saw my pic in the paper about Lighten-up.  One friend wants me to go swimming with him to help me with my weight loss Journey.

Like I said, I have not given up and I will make this work, for ME..................with no excuses.
